The Atkinson Professional Accounting Association (APAA) is currently recruiting for its 2010 - 2011 Executive Council. Descriptive information about Executive Council positions and their respective duties/obligations are also indicated.
All applicants are required to fill out the Executive Council Application.

The Communications Team is responsible for the promotion of the Atkinson Professional Accounting Association and its respective events. The Team's responsibilities entail the maintenance of the APAA website, as well as its Facebook Group. Furthermore, they are required to create the APAA Promotional Video, The Ledger Magazine, FaceValueBook, promotional materials for upcoming events, and various other media projects. They are also responsible for promotion of the APAA as a whole and coordination within APAA related events including our Community Outreach Initiative.

The Operations Team is responsible for planning and coordinating various events throughout the academic year. These include the Annual Accounting Dinner, Annual Spring Networking Night, Résumé and Interview Workshops, and CA, CMA, and CGA Information Sessions. The Operations Team is also responsible for promoting and educating students about career paths within the accounting profession.
