The APAA is currently recruiting for the following positions for the Finance Team:
Vice-President Finance
- The Vice-President Finance's duties are to work alongside the President in allocating funding to the various APAA related events; develop sponsorship packages for our sponsors: meet deadlines with regards to funding applications in the York University community; sponsors to ensure their needs are being met; room bookings through the York University community; and seeking finances from the Vice-President Finance. He/She is responsible for the coordination and implementation of their team's activities, and reporting back to the President.
- The Vice-President Finance must demonstrate strong leadership qualities as well as exceptional written and oral skills.
- The Vice-President Finance is regarded as an individual who takes initative, can work independently and in teams, as well as possess the ability to oversee the APAA calendar year as it progresses.
- The Vice-President Finance should have prior experience in budgeting and finances in some capacity.
