			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are unable to login, first determine the error that is provided when you attempted to login. There may be a few reasons as to why you are unable to login:</p>
<ol>
<li>The username and/or password provided is incorrect.</li>
<li>We have not received your membership fee, and thus your account is inactive.</li>
<li>You have violated our <a href="http://www.yuapaa.com/ituap.php" target="_blank">terms of use</a>.</li>
<li>The system is offline for maintenance.</li>
</ol>
<p><span id="more-20"></span>If you received an e-mail stating your account has been activated, indicating your username and password, please ensure you have correctly keyed in your username and password in the respective fields. Sometimes, copying and pasting the password adds an additional space at the end of the password field, resulting in a failed login attempt.</p>
<p>If you are unable to login, determine if your membership account is active. Individuals who have completed an online application form, but have not submitted their membership fee, will not be able to access the restricted sections of our website. If you have recently submitted your membership fee, please allow up to two (2) business days for your account to be activated.</p>
