AIM Conference 2025: Celebrating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Accounting
The AIM Conference 2025, APAA’s biggest annual event, brought together students and professionals to explore this year’s theme: “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” in Accounting. Over two days, attendees participated in case competitions, interactive workshops, and panel discussions, gaining practical insights and hands-on experience in real-world accounting challenges. The event provided opportunities to connect with peers and industry leaders, explore internships and full-time roles, and learn about diverse career pathways. Students left the conference inspired, better equipped with professional skills, and with meaningful connections to advance their careers in accounting and finance.
