A visit to Richter’s Toronto office gave APAA members a firsthand look at life inside a professional accounting firm, from its workplace culture to the people and career opportunities behind it.
Rather than learning about the industry only through the classroom, students were able to experience a professional environment in person. The tour introduced members to Richter’s work, culture, and career opportunities while giving them the chance to speak directly with employees and expand their professional networks.
